Account Deletion Information
If you wish to delete your Spentrip account and associated data, please follow the steps below.
Steps to Request Account Deletion
- Open the Spentrip app and log in to your account.
- Go to the Settings page.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap on "Delete Account".
- Enter your password to verify your identity when requested.
- Read the information provided and confirm your decision.
- Tap "Delete My Account" to finalize the process.
If you're unable to access your account or have any issues with the deletion process, please contact our support team.
Data Deletion Information
Upon Account Deletion
- All personal information associated with your account
- Your receipt data, including scanned images and extracted information
- Any reports or analytics generated from your data
Data Retention
To comply with legal and financial regulations, we may retain certain transaction logs for up to 30 days after account deletion. These logs do not contain personal information and are used solely for system integrity and audit purposes.
