Information We Collect **Personal Information:** Email address (required) and optionally your name during registration. **Usage Data:** Non-identifiable data, such as app usage statistics and device information. **Expense Data:** This includes: - Images and metadata from receipt photos - PDF documents of receipts and invoices - Text-based expense entries, including those created through voice input (note: voice recordings are processed locally on your device and are not stored or transmitted to our servers) - Any manually entered expense information ## 2. How We Use Your Information We use your data to: - Operate and maintain the App, including providing core functionality such as expense tracking, receipt storage, and data synchronization. - Process expense data, including receipts (both images and PDFs) through third-party services such as Google Document AI and Anthropic Claude API. - Convert and process text from voice inputs (performed locally on your device) - Provide in-app purchase functionality via RevenueCat. - Enhance app performance using Firebase Analytics. **Important:** We never use your individual expense data for marketing purposes, training AI models, or sharing with third parties beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the app as described above. ## 3. Data Storage and Security Your data is stored securely using Firebase services. Reciptix LLP implements advanced security measures to protect against unauthorized access or misuse of your data. ## 4. Data Access and Sharing **Internal Access:** - Your expense data is processed automatically by AI systems without human viewing during normal operations. - Our team does not proactively browse or review user data. - Access to individual user data requires explicit user consent, which is logged for audit purposes. - Any data access is limited to providing support or maintaining functionality. **Third-Party Sharing:** - We do not sell your data. - Data is shared with third-party providers only as necessary to deliver core app functionality. - We may disclose information if required by law or in response to lawful requests. For iOS users making in-app purchases: We share data about your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple to help resolve refund requests. This includes information about how you have accessed and used the purchased content. This data sharing is done in compliance with Apple's policies and only as necessary to process refund requests. ## 5.
